Fee Schedule Options

We specifically designed the following options with you in mind. The options are:

1) Advance Services Agreement – Purchase consulting services in advance for a fee of $75.00 (US) per hour in five (5) day increments (day defined as eight hours). You are allowed one year from the last Advance Services invoice date to use the balance of your Advance Services.

No Terms or late fees apply with the Advance Services Agreement. We will provide an account of the hours purchased in advance on an invoice and issue a credit memo for the remaining hours when providing services.

2) Standard Services Agreement - Payment required after consulting services for a fee of $95.00 (US) per hour. We provide a weekly account of consulting services provided.

Terms are 5% net 15 days with a 15% late fee on balances over 30 days.

Customer is responsible for travel and living expenses incurred during an on-site visit(s) and invoiced separately with receipts. Late fee of 15% applied on balances over 30 days.

Fees are subject to change without notice and may vary from agreement to agreement or in the event of a drastic change of services. Drastic change of services defined as, but not limited to, a change of required professional service skills, project management, or Client’s environment.
