Fee Schedule Options

We specifically designed the following options with you in mind. The options are:

A. Advance Services - Services are purchased in advance at a rate of $75.00 (USD) per hour in five (5) day increments where a day is defined as eight (8) hours. Services begin once payment for Advance Services is received.

No Terms or late fees apply to the “Advance Services Agreement.” The hours purchased, under this service option, are accounted for on the initial invoice and subsequent credit memo(s) for services.

B. Turnkey Services - Services are for an agreed upon number of hours at a rate of $95.00 (USD) per hour in four (4) hour increments. Services begin upon receipt of an approved Proposal.

No Terms or late fees apply to the “Turnkey Services Agreement.” The hours purchased, under this service option, are for the proposed services only and not intended for out of scope issues or tasks.

C. Standard Services - Service begins upon request. Services are provided at a rate of $125.00 (USD) per hour and billed in two (2) hour increments.

Terms are 5% net 15 days with a 15% late fee on balances over 30 days.

On-site or Remote arrangements are available at the customers discretion.

On-site Services, customer is responsible for travel and living expenses incurred during on-site visit(s) and invoiced separately with late fees of 15% on balances over 30 days.

Remote Services, customer is responsible for providing remote access.

Fees are subject to change without notice and may vary from agreement to agreement or in the event of a drastic change of services. Drastic change of services defined as, but not limited to, a change of required professional service skills, project management, or Client’s environment.
