Mark Silk is the Owner of Silk Consulting Services, based in the Capital District of Upstate New York. His background consists of Qualified Professional Services with 15 years in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and 25 years as a Programmer Analyst designing, programming and integrating computer systems. Other services include project management, communications and resource allocation.
